1. Download and install the Rockstar Games Launcher:
   https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/rockstar-games-launcher
2. Sign in with your Rockstar Games Social Club account
3. Click your avatar in the top right
4. Select Redeem Code
5. Enter your Rockstar Activation Code into the field

If non of the solutions worked well , Download this version of Social club and setup Social Club v1.1.5.8 .
