most of the times showing this error doesn’t mean that your USB device has problems.

check any probable short circuit or wire misconduct.

this video shows some general information of the reason behind this error ,because the solution is clear and is that to find misconduct around USB attachments whether it was laptop,pc or an external device,and here as you see in my case ,it is misconduct in my external USB DVD drive.
